A number of my ancestors fought in this war.

Nathaniel Sutlief, 1638-1676     Nathaniel was my 8th Great Grandfather.  He served in King Philip’s War and was killed by Indians at Falls Fight while serving under Captain William Turner.  Nathaniel is buried at the Falls Fight Gravesite in Greenfield Massachusetts.

Richard Coy – my 8th Great Grandfather  He was a leading man in Brookfield.  He came to America in 1638 when he was 13      He was killed in King Philip’s War
